During her time at Altor Equity Partners, Justine organised a three-day offsite in Kitzbühel, Austria.

The team stayed at the Kitzhof Mountain Design Resort, where meetings and group sessions took place in a focused and open atmosphere.
The retreat was designed to combine strategy, collaboration and shared experiences in a calm alpine setting.

Beyond the meetings, the programme offered moments to connect and unwind. A traditional dinner at Rosi’s Sonnenstuben brought the team together around local flavours, while an evening at the Hutschpferd added a sense of familiarity and fun. The final afternoon by the lake, with freshly made Kaiserschmarrn, captured the relaxed and genuine spirit of the days in Kitzbühel.
